RETURNS

We carefully inspect your order prior to delivery. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

  • All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. 
  • We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.

EXCHANGES

If, within 90 days the items you stocked are not selling you may exchange  the items for another stock item for no additional fees. 

RETAIL REFUNDS

Colorado Custom Decor items purchased at a Retailer must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.
